Terms of Service
Last updated October 18, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and BeyondYou, LLC (doing business as Beyond You Media, Beyond You Music and Beyond You TV). By using beyondyoumedia.com or the studio at app.beyondyoumedia.com, you agree to them.
Your account
You must be at least 13 to create an account, and you are responsible for activity on it. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else is using it.
Plans and payments
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Credits and monthly allowances are not cash and cannot be transferred. Prices may change; we will tell you before a change affects your plan. Payments are processed by Stripe.
What you make belongs to you
You own the songs, lyrics, scripts, images and videos you create in the studio, to the extent the law allows. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to run the service for you. If you submit something to Radio or publish it on your profile, you also give us permission to play, stream and promote it on our channels until you ask us to remove it.
Your responsibilities
Only upload material you have the right to use. Don't use the studio to copy someone's voice or likeness without their permission, to infringe copyrights or trademarks, to deceive people, to harass or threaten anyone, or to make illegal or sexual content involving minors. Songs made from another artist's recording, including covers, may need permission or a license before you release or sell them; that responsibility is yours.
Radio submissions
Every Radio submission is reviewed by a person. We may approve or decline any submission and will let you know either way. Submitting confirms you have the rights to the song.
AI-generated content
The studio uses AI models. Results can be unexpected, may resemble existing work, and may not always be accurate. Review what you make before you publish it.
Free accounts and memberships
A free account includes the radio and chat, song previews in the Music Store, one complete audiobook each month, audiobook production orders, and your earnings and payouts. The studio (metadata cleanses, stems, videos and releasing new music) needs a paid plan. If you cancel, music we have already released for you stays up and you keep earning your share. We may change plans and limits at any time.
Removing content and accounts
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time.
The service
We work to keep the studio available, but it is provided as is, and features may change. To the extent the law allows, BeyondYou, LLC is not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the state where BeyondYou, LLC is organized.
